Lesley has been a lifelong knitter and has a wealth of both experience and expertise.  She started knitting as a child and has continued to develop her skills, techniques and designs since then.

Lesley used her knitting, sewing and other craft skills to clothe her two children when they were young, and soon developed a following amongst the other parents from whom she would take commissions for both children and adult clothes.  With a keen eye for fashions and trends, Lesley enjoys developing new knitting projectsthat are both contemporary and satisfying to complete.

Lesley is known to all her friends and colleagues as a warm and bubbly character – and this is demonstrated perfectly during her knitting workshops.  These are a chance not only

Hello lovely peeps, makers and creators, as promised I said that I would keep you up to date with my knitting progress and here it is… the frilly scarf knitted with Katia sole scarf yarn.

I have to say that when I knitted it, I had been knitting less than a month and was thrilled that I was able to complete it quickly and easily without any help except for the cast off.

My mother-in-law who is a much more experienced knitter than I am was so thrilled by the scarf, that she had to buy some scarf yarn there and then. Since then she has knitted it and come back for more.
